This website may seem to be "all about me", but that is not the intention.  The idea is to share some good news.

I believe that life is measured by progress (not perfection), so I keep trying to "do the next thing".  I travel to see and enjoy the diversity of God's creation, sometimes to better understand the Bible narrative, and sometimes to share or to serve or to learn.  I photograph because I love to tell stories by "writing with light"  (photo-graphy).  Everything I see convinces me that the universe does indeed declare the majesty of God.  (See Romans 1:20)  I write to convince and to encourage.  "Writing with light...living with purpose"  seems to have become an unofficial guide for me.

The purpose is to try and share in my own way what I have learned about Everyman's need to accept Christ as their own personal Savior.  Along the journey I've come to realize that we also need to be good stewards of the gifts and opportunities that God provides.  And, wouldn't it be nice if we could all live in unity!  To paraphrase the thoughts of a wiser man, we can be one in Christ if we accept the Bible for "the basics", then live and let live on "the matters of opinion".

I'd like to summarize what the Gospel message and the "basics" of Scripture mean to me by inviting you to read Page 17 of a book I authored over ten years ago.  It's food for thought!
